Facts and figures
700 motivated employees produce 1.3 million parts daily at 4 locations on a production area of more than 50,000 m² .
We produce more than 2,000 different products on 52 forming presses, 160 machining devices, 35 special equipment, 20 plastic injection moulding machines and 9 heat treatment facilities. In addition, we have the capacity for a further 2,500 products for the spare part market. The quality of these products is permanently ensured by our employees and 20 inspection devices.
We use more than 30,000 tool elements during the production processes which are developed and manufactured within our in-house tool shop.
With this we generate a turnover of approximately 120 million € of which 6% is consistently invested in development, facilities and employee qualification in order to equip the company and our employees in the best possible way for the future.
PWK products are built into nearly every vehicle in Europe. This means that we respond to the Individual requirements of our customers – “off the shelf” is (almost) not available.
